A warm welcome to Saint Vincent’ school website which I hope will be a helpful and informative way of sharing information and celebrating the many achievements of our vibrant school community.

In Saint Vincent’s school we work together to provide a happy atmosphere and quality learning experiences for all our children. The learning and achievement of all is valued and we want all our children to learn in a safe, secure, and happy and health promoting environment.
Our school patron Saint Vincent de Paul ‘s motto was” Kindness is the key to hearts “ and along with Kindness, our other school values of  Respect, Resilience, Friendship and Fairness inform all we do in our school .

Working together in partnership, I hope that  through this website  we can open up another window into our Catholic school community. We want  to communicate with our parents and families and also share the wonderful work that is going on in our school  with the wider community throughout the world.

Mission Statement

It is the aim of Saint Vincent’s Primary school to provide our pupils with the best educational experience which will enrich their lives, giving them the best possible present and future.  We aim to ensure that all our pupils develop the knowledge, skills, and attributes they will need to flourish in life, learning and work both now and in the future.  Our aim is to provide an educational experience to develop the whole child and inspire pupils to become responsible citizens, confident individual, successful learners, and effective contributors.

To achieve this, we work together in partnership with the wider school community and with other agencies to deliver a curriculum which provides a breadth of opportunities and experiences.

Saint Vincent’s Primary School aims to promote successful learning within a nurturing atmosphere where there is mutual respect and quality promotion of the school’s values: Friendship, Respect, Resilience and Committment.  This year, Master Classes will contribute to our aim to promote positive behaviour in school and give pupils the opportunity to develop their skills in a variety of ways with a range of different pupils and staff.

Every pupil in our school attends a Master Class of choice for 4 weeks on a Friday afternoon to allow our pupils to develop their skills across the curriculum in a challenging, enjoyable, active and collaborative way.

Our Current block of Masterclasses include:
Clay Modelling, Crafts, Hockey, Film Club, Digital Art, Zumba, Cooking, Painting, Story Writing, Card Games, Hama Beads, Mindfulness Colouring, Lego and K'Nex, Boardgames, Nursery and Book Making
