Hello Room 11!
Welcome to your class page!  I am so looking forward to being your teacher this year and having lots of fun along the way!

Mrs Currie

PE Days:
Monday and Thursday
From August, and up until Christmas, we have been focussing on a small Health and Well being topic. In this we learned how to keep our bodies healthy using the Eat Well Guide. We have also learned about The Victorians. We found out about Victorian Society and the different events that happened during that time.

This term we will be learning all about Natural Disasters. We have focussed our learning on the key natural disasters like volcanoes and tornadoes, but are also looking more keenly at the recent Australian Wildfires. Our topic will conclude with a look at climate change, and the things we can do to stop this. We have big things planned, stay tuned!

ONLY 4 DAYS TO GO!
Still time to train for our sports day event next week

24th April 2020

Good afternoon everyone
I hope you are all well and enjoying this beautiful weather.  Please find below a link to a little video that Mrs Hogg has made on how to access Google Classroom.  I know some of you have had trouble accessing it.  The most important thing is to type in @sl.glow.scot after your username and not @glow.sch.uk
Hope this helps and if you are still having trouble accessing it, email me at gw07johnstonekaren3@sl.glow.scot.  I would also love to hear what you have all been up to.
Take care and I hope to hear from you all soon
